Small Group Coaching


Do you have health and wellness goals but are struggling with motivation and mindset? Are you feeling discouraged, or perhaps you don’t know where to start? Consider small group coaching.

This is a 4 week program that will cover the following:

Week 1 - Focus on the creation of your Healthy Habits Action plan.

Week 2 - How to implement that plan and tips for success.

Week 3 - How to keep going now that distractions have set in.

Week 4- What is working well and what isn't…and why.

Expectations:

  1. Create your action plan with the help of Lisa, your coach.

  2. Connect, post, and share in the small group at least 2 + a week.

  3. Be open to coaching in the group.

  4. Share topics, questions, wins, and challenges with the group.

What you will get:

  1.  Focus coaching from Lisa to help you create a plan that will work for you. 

  2.  Suggestions to guide you to put a plan in place and implement it. 

  3. Weekly group coaching session + a Q/A conducted via Zoom and FB Live. Call will be recorded and emailed to you. 

  4. Lisa's support and accountability each week - meaning you don't check in, I will check in with you.

  5. Some other fun things.
