First session of 2025 starts January 6th.

WEDNESDAY CLASS: 5:45a.m. - 6:30a.m.

Total Body Conditioning

Full body workout using weights and/or body weight, plus core and other things. 

FRIDAY CLASS: 5:45a.m. - 6:30a.m.

Strength and Stretch

Full body workout with strength training followed by in depth stretching for faster muscle repair.

You will all receive the recording and have 1 week to complete it.  Yes, you can do it multiple times.

All levels of fitness are welcome and I help you make it work with what equipment you have.
