Zoom Fitness Coming Back…

WEDNESDAYS - TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Full body workout using weights and/or body weight, plus core and other things. 

FRIDAYS - STRENGTH AND STRETCH

Full body workout with strength training followed by in depth stretching for faster muscle repair.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • 2 classes per week (Wednesday and Friday)

  • Recording sent out to you, 6 days to do it again, or for the first time!

  • Don't need to be on live, but I prefer you to be

  • All levels welcome

  • Session would be 4 weeks - $65

  • The first session would start in late September/early October
