Fitness Programs
Much like my belief with health coaching, I don’t believe that there is one “right” way to exercise or become fit. My own fitness has ebbed and flowed based on my age, my body limitations, the ages of my children, my desire to workout and even the pull to NOT do anything. I do believe that movement of some sort, an average of 30 minutes a day, is a very good thing and should be a part of your wellness journey. What type of fitness routine depends on you and what is available to you. As part of our work together, and because I am also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, we have the option to discuss fitness as part of your wellness journey. This can be part of our session work together, or you could explore completing workouts via an at home workout program, or via booking personal training sessions with me if you are local.
zoom Group fitness
Come join me for a live Zoom workout on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15a.m. Classes are 45 minutes in length and all levels are welcome. Can’t make the class live, request a recording to be completed within 48 hours.
Nervous to be on camera? No worries, you can turn it off and you don’t even need to talk. Lisa guides you through the workout in a way that works for you.
Monday’s: Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
This class is intended to provide total fitness and overall toning by working every major muscle group in one workout.

Combo of cardio moves
Light, medium and heavy weights to build cardio endurance, strength and mobility

Wednesday’s: Intervals
This class is focused on getting your heart rate! Class is focused on Tabata and HIIT type training is used, but not always. The goal is to reach an anaerobic state, increasing metabolism for 24–72 hours after the workout. This class goes fast. Have some heart pumping music playing on your end!
Shorter timed bursts of harder work followed by some recovery time or a less intense movement
Most of the moves are body weight exercises, but we sometimes use light weights

If you are someone who appreciates being able to work out via the comfort of your own home. I have found that the at home Fitness Programs at Teambeachbody.com are very effective and easy to follow. I am a Team Beachbody coach and have been a supporter and lover of their programs for almost 15 years now. The on-demand programs where you can stream workouts of all levels is a great investment.
