Oftentimes it takes someone on the outside looking in to see things clearly. We can be so "in the moment or in thought" that it's hard to see the most straightforward path -- can't see the forest through the trees, right? And, it's ok to ask for and get help.
You don't need to try and figure this out on your own. So many times, we believe that "we will just do it on our own, or I don't have time for that, or I don't know where to start or what to do, so I just won't do anything.” We may feel defeated, confused, frustrated, or just bummed out. It doesn't have to be this way. Again, sometimes it takes someone on the outside, looking in to help you see things clearly.
This is what I do as a Health, Wellness and Fitness coach. I help you see things, realize things that may work for you and then help you put a wellness plan together and start to take steps to implement it.
