Not only is it considered the month of Thanksgiving, but it can also be the time of year when you may throw caution to the wind and lose track of your wellness goals. While the holiday season can be busy, I promise you that doing small things daily will help you make it through. This short two-week challenge will not only help you work your core physically, but it will also help you mentally as we focus each day on gratitude.
Join us for the Planks and Thanks challenge as we focus on one gratitude prompt & one plank challenge per day. This group will last 10 day (no planks on the weekend), and will take place in my private Facebook community page Solid at My Core.
