A 5-Day whole foods reset to help you feel better and have more energy, without giving up real food! The focus during these 5 days will be on feeding our bodies with food that helps us and heals us while also focusing on sleep, hydration and self care. All tools you need will be provided, plus my guidance throughout the 5 days.
This reset will be a great time for you to kick sugar and other things to curb after Halloween.
