January offers the perfect canvas for a reset—a chance to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. It’s not just about setting resolutions; it’s about creating a vision for your life, embracing how you want to feel, and taking the first steps toward becoming your best self.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Email support from me daily (1:1 coaching via email)

5-DAY PLAN:

  • Prep (Sunday): Participants will be asked to complete a pre-worksheet before starting. This lets me touch on topics you want me to discuss during our time together + purpose of the group

  • Day 1: New Year Mindset 

  • Day 2: Movement that matters 

  • Day 3: Nutrition that matters

  • Day 4: The four s's - Seasonal, Sleep, Self Care and Stress

  • Day 5: Wrap up + where to go from here

You should plan to spend an hour a day during our jumpstart to listen to the daily message and do your homework. You will have access to of the video messages for 1 week after the jump start is done should you get behind.

BONUS OPTION:

Add 2 - 30 minute coaching sessions to your jump start package!

You and I would work together to create weekly action items to help you kick start 2025. These two sessions would be follow up work from the jump start. Sessions must be used by February 1, 2025.

I strongly recommend that we schedule the calls at the beginning of January, so you know your plan for the month.
