Looking for a fun way to get in those steps and increase your water intake?
FREE group runs June 21 - June 25, 2021
This water and walking challenge is aimed at people who want to increase the amount of water they drink and make walking a habit for better health. Each day a “challenge” will be posted for you to complete. The challenges will vary a bit each day, but will all be focused on helping you get some movement in and perhaps, increasing your water intake. Some fun prizes will be given away too. Which in turn will increase our energy levels and help our clothes fit better!
