Spring is here and its time to get moving - OUTSIDE!

How often do you get to exercise on a regular basis? It's easy to get wrapped up in thinking if it is not an hour at the gym - it's not worth it. Let's ditch that thought and make things real simple. 

Start a new healthy habit and join me for a one week FREE walking challenge. The focus will be on taking a walk every day for 1 week.
